With over 10 years of experience working with substance use and mental health disorders in both adolescents and adults, and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health as well as a Masters in Addiction Counseling, I’m thrilled to be able to provide the compassion and the confidence boost needed to make some big (and maybe some not so big) changes in your life. I've worked in various treatment settings from residential, to PHP and IOP, so I'm ready for whatever comes my way!

Everyone’s story and life experience is individual to them, and I work to ensure that we are meeting YOUR goals. You are the most important person in the counseling relationship and our work together will reflect just how important you are.
I get excited for anyone who is wanting to make a change in their life, even when it can seem a bit daunting. Because that’s what I’m here for! I love working with people with substance use concerns, family conflict, tweens/teens, emerging adulthood, and anyone who is feeling unfulfilled in a part of their life. You don’t have to navigate all that life has to throw at you on your own.
Change can be scary! Through motivational interviewing we will take a look at your goals and your starting point, and work to build the momentum and excitement to make your goals a reality.

Sydney is the sweetest, most helpful counselor I’ve talked to. She’s very knowledgeable and has lots of solutions for my concerns. I feel very lightened when our sessions are over. Like I could actually accomplish the things we talked about. I absolutely recommend her!
