What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients are seen via video telehealth sessions and the initial session will learn what the therapy process entails and the opportunity to share their own background and what they'd prefer to work on in therapy. Follow up sessions will include patient education on specific issues at hand and greater exploration through talk therapy.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Clients can expect tools which encourage accountability and heighten motivation for positive and change. This would include homework tailored to the client's preferred learning style, CBT, DBT, mindfulness based practices, and somatic therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I appreciate meeting the client where they are in the process of greater self discovery and admire the willingness to be open and vulnerable in reaching out. I enjoy meeting new people and being a supportive factor in improving quality of life.
