Hi! Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Bay Area, California. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I currently primarily work with adults who are going through various life stressors and transitions. I'd like to consider myself very easy going and down to earth; I aim to connect with you human to human.
First session
In our first session, I will spend time getting to know you, your present challenges, and relevant background history. We will also spend some time collaborating with a few goals that we can work on together in therapy.
Strengths
It is my goal in every session to provide a safe and compassionate space for you.
Ideal clients
The clients I enjoy working with with are thoughtful, and caring people that have high expectations of themselves, and are hard on themselves and may not feel "enough." They are able to readily give to others, but find it hard to also focus on their needs.

Integrative
I integrate a mix of modalities to personalize treatment suited to your needs, while taking a client centered approach.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is one of the modalities I use to help identify negative core beliefs that may be influencing your thought patterns.
Brainspotting
I may use Brainspotting to facilitate a deeper mind and body processing of trauma.
Supportive
I aim to provide a safe and welcoming space, and be a supportive presence to you.
Christian Counseling
With request, I will support you in integrating your faith in the therapy process.
