Therapy for Women Ready to Find Their Voice Again
I work with women 35+ who have spent years being the understanding one, peacekeeper, over-giver, or caretaker while quietly wondering, “When do I get to matter?”
My work centers on childhood trauma, family-of-origin wounds, generational trauma, estrangement, emotional neglect, sexual abuse and molestation, anger, resentment, and painful relationship patterns, including covert narcissistic dynamics, manipulation, chronic invalidation, and relationships where you continually give while others take.
My approach is more yin than yang. I’m not a traditional talk therapist who focuses on challenging your thoughts, debating your perspective, or assigning homework. My work is intuitive, experiential, relational, and trauma-informed, creating space to slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with your inner knowing.
I especially welcome deeply spiritual, intuitive, energetically sensitive women who want their spirituality honored in therapy.
You don’t have to silence yourself anymore.

Helping Women Heal From Trauma, Break Survival Mode, and Reclaim Their Lives
You’ve been living in survival mode for long enough. On the outside, you look capable, composed, and like you have it all together. But on the inside, you are exhausted. The weight of past trauma often shows up in quiet, unexpected ways, as a constant hum of anxiety, a persistent feeling of being stuck, or patterns that sabotage your relationships and self-worth. Carrying this weight every day is draining. You deserve to feel whole again.

Each person interprets the world through a lens shaped by experiences that are uniquely their own. My approach is integrative and solution-focused, drawing on evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Existential Therapy — which explores the deeper questions of meaning and purpose in life.
I partner with my clients to build a deeper understanding of their unique psychological makeup and to address the ways past experiences may still be affecting them today. Together, we don't just identify the challenges you face — we explore their roots and develop practical, personalized strategies to reduce their impact on your life and relationships.
