I have worked in mental health for about 7 years now. I have worked in a range of settings including at an inpatient hospital setting, home therapy, and outpatient therapy. I have worked with both children, adolescents and adults experiencing depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, challenging family dynamics, grief and loss, and life transitions. I use a empathetic and calming approach in my session that allows every client to be heard and understood. I adapt my approach to every individual.
