I am a therapist specializing in adult mental health and addiction disorders. I have 11 years of experience providing individual, group, and couples therapy. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
*NOTE: I offer couples counseling. I am at capacity but will consider cash pays only. The self-pay rate is $150 per hour. I offer Individual counseling billed through insurance or self-pay at $100 per hour. I offer Board of Nursing evaluations that are billed out-of-pocket due to the extensive paperwork/correspondence involved. However, follow-up visits can be billed through insurance if I am in-network with the insurance company. There is a no-show fee of $100. There is a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) fee of $100.
My mission is to be used by God to help others reach their highest potential and purpose in life; to represent and teach tolerance, respect, and harmony; and to promote social and economic justice.
I believe that all people regardless of race, culture, age, gender, religion, and sexual orientation are entitled to basic rights and fair, humane treatment. I believe that all members of society should have the same basic rights, protections, opportunities, obligations, and social benefits.
My practice is governed by the belief that you are a valuable human being. You have the right to express your ideas and opinions openly. You have the right to direct and govern your life. You have the right to stand up for yourself without anxiety and make choices that are good for you. You have the right to change your mind. You have the right to not be liked by everyone. You have the right to be wrong. You have the right to make requests and refuse them without feeling guilty.
One of the most important things you can do is start the journey to understanding and living your own truth. This is a guiding force in my practice. My name is Kelly Broderick and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Independent Social Worker - Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) in South Carolina. I have over seven years of experience working with individuals and groups in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I have significant experience from my forensic background, working in specialized prisons and outpatient work with vulnerable populations.
I am Telehealth only at this time and for the foreseeable future. I work with adults in individual and group settings. My specialties include addiction, anxiety, depression, codependency, family conflict, communication, grief and loss and forensic therapeutic work.
I’m Ashwini Gupta, a therapist and intuitive life coach with over 20 years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity questions, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in compassion, honesty, and the belief that healing happens when clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
My primary therapy style is integrative, blending Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Vedanta and Eastern esoteric schools of philosophy. I work from the belief that healing is not only about symptom reduction, but also about helping clients reconnect with their deeper self, inner wisdom, values, and sense of meaning.
I bring a warm, intuitive, and non-judgmental presence to therapy. I believe the answers clients seek are often already within them, and my role is to help create the space, reflection, and support needed to access that inner wisdom. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, process pain, strengthen self-trust, and build lives that feel more aligned, purposeful, and fulfilling.
In addition to being a therapist, I also offer shamanic insights and healing, animal communication, which involves higher-self aligned with an animal companion and soul-level intuitive channeling through my private practice. While these esoteric modalities are separate from traditional therapy services, they influence the grounded, spiritually aware, and intuitive presence I bring into my therapeutic work.
My intention is to support clients not only in managing symptoms, but in reconnecting with their values, their essence, and the deeper meaning of their lives.

I’m a licensed therapist with over 18 years of experience helping adults navigate burnout, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I work with high-functioning individuals who often appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck beneath the surface.
Many of my clients are used to pushing through, taking care of others, and managing everything on their own—until it stops working. They come to me looking for more than just coping strategies. They want to understand what’s driving their patterns and experience real, lasting change.
My approach integrates EMDR, parts work, and nervous system-focused therapy to help you move beyond surface-level solutions. Together, we work to reduce overwhelm, process unresolved experiences, and shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
The impact of this work is more than symptom relief. Clients often begin to feel calmer, more grounded, and clearer in their decisions. They develop a stronger sense of self, improved boundaries, and a greater ability to navigate stress without becoming overwhelmed.
My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to make meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to keep doing this alone—change is possible, and it can feel more sustainable than you might expect.
