Hey there! I'm Tera! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and Louisiana. I received my MA from Louisiana Tech University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in the mental health field since 2016 and have enjoyed assisting others find ways to improve their lives. Also in 2016, I discovered fitness and nutrition through bodybuilding. Through my experience, I think it is optimal to explore the connection of mental health and overall wellness through mind and body.

I have found an incredible passion for helping individuals. I have worked extensively in substance abuse, with woman's issues (infertility), trauma, couples, gambling, intimacy issues and family therapy. I feel it is an honor to get to work with someone during their decision to grow. I feel that my desire to help others come from my own personal experience.
