Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. I have worked in the mental health field for 19 years in a variety of settings. I currently work individually with adolescents and adults of all ages who are struggling with a variety of concerns. Some of the issues I work most frequently with include depression, anxiety, women’s issues, post-partum depression/anxiety, trauma, stress management, support through life transitions, supporting care-givers and parents, grief, Bipolar Disorder, and Adjustment Disorders. I have been working in the field for over 25 years in many different disciplines. I worked at domestic violence shelters, with child and family services, hospital social work, vocational rehabilitation counselor with the deaf and hard of hearing, and also teaching at the college level.
