I've worked with adults, children and families for the last 20 years recognizing behaviors and patterns. I have helped clients in alleviating anxiety, depression, family issues, addiction, PTSD, life transitions treating their mental health issues. I use different treatment modalities working with each client to suit their individual needs. I have been in practice for 10 years and have served in inpatient, outpatient, and community health settings. I am most passionate about working with adults and elders who suffer from anxiety, depression, and life stressors such as breakups, loneliness, fear, grief/loss, aging, insecurity, attachment issues, career challenges, adjustment issues and just general "I don't know what I'm doing with my life." I continue to attend trainings to be an informed therapist.
