I value creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we can explore the experiences that have shaped you while identifying your strengths and building strategies that align with your goals.

I strive to create a space where you feel supported and validated, while also helping you take honest ownership of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. From a young age, I’ve been drawn to people—their stories, their emotions, and the quiet places where they carry their pain.
After experiencing my own seasons of grief and change, I realized how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you through it. Becoming a therapist felt less like a decision and more like a calling to offer the support I once needed myself.
Today, I’m honored to hold space for others as they navigate loss, healing, and the search for themselves again.
Note: The ONLY openings in my schedule currently are TUESDAYS AT 4pm or WEDNESDAYS AT 3PM. If either of these times works for you for weekly sessions, awesome! Please note that I have a strict weekly attendance policy. About me: I offer a sacred space for your sacred stories. This safe space allows you to do the courageous work of going within to know your Self deeper, understand your Self better, and bring your true Self forth. Our work together is a collaborative, co-creative process in which we explore your present-day experiences as well as childhood and early adulthood experiences through your thoughts, feelings, body wisdom, and soul-knowing. I am a kind & gentle witness to you exploring your Self. I ask deep questions, you explore your Inner Landscape. I walk along beside you as you heal inner wounds, release stored trauma, and create a heart-centered, truthful, empowered, integrated Self. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Grief/Loss. We collaboratively explore themes of identity and expression of the True Self; remembering your True Essence (self-worth, self-kindness, self-acceptance); and work with your integrated Mind-Heart-Body-Soul to create an Aligned Self. Please note that I do not specialize in Crisis work or Addictions work, and will refer you to another therapist who specializes in this work.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker with 11 years of experience helping children, teens, and families navigate anger, ADHD, trauma, and conflict. My work blends attachment-based theory, trauma-informed care, and CBT with play and art-based techniques when helpful. I tailor every session to your unique needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all script, so you always feel like an active partner in your own growth. I know reaching out can feel vulnerable — my goal is to make you feel heard from the very first conversation
I am first and foremost a lover of people. My approach is authentic, supportive, empathetic, and understanding of the difficulties many experience in life having to manage mental health symptoms, feelings of being alone/misunderstood, dealing with the ramifications of historical trauma and the impact these can have on one's current relationships. My greatest strength is quickly building rapport and focusing on holistic wellness (mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically) and the connection between them. I am devoted to best care practices and excellent service delivery. I align myself well and tend to the immediate needs, desires, and goals of the person I'm working with. I don't believe that therapy is about learning to 'suffer less' but to work towards realizing one's full potential and highest level of functioning, identifying and working to resolve barriers that stand in the way, and developing the ability to trust in oneself, and one's ability to thrive in life. Every goal that is important to my client is important to me.

Hello, and congratulations on taking this step. Reaching out takes awareness, courage, and a real commitment to change — it requires to invite someone into your struggles.
I've spent over 25 years working in behavioral health as a clinician, clinical supervisor, and clinical director. My career has taken me from a faith-based agency in New England to a community behavioral health center in northeastern Arizona, where I eventually led clinical services for 12 years, to providing counseling at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base — an experience that deepened my respect for military members and their families. I now own a private practice in Sahuarita, Arizona.
My work focuses on helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I also welcome working with military veterans, people of faith, and individuals and families facing serious illness. In the spring of 2025, I was diagnosed with cancer. I have since completed treatment and am now cancer free — and that experience gave me a much deeper appreciation for what it means to face something that reshapes your world.
I don't see therapy as simply treating a diagnosis. I see it as working with you as a whole person — your strengths, fears, hopes, values, pain, and goals. I'll listen carefully, but I'll also be active: helping you identify patterns, understand difficult thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, and take meaningful steps forward. I won't claim to be the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you and help guide the change process at a pace that feels respectful and manageable.

Welcome, I'm Andrea,
Perhaps you've been considering reaching out for some time. Are you noticing the past affecting your current relationships, or that strategies that once worked for you no longer do? You might even find yourself dismissive of inspirational content on social media.
I help people understand the origins of their communication patterns and learn how to communicate more effectively. This reduces unnecessary conflict and misunderstandings at work, home, and in relationships.
Whether you're facing relationship challenges, workplace stress, the demands of parenthood, or struggling with past trauma—or a combination of these—you've found a place of support and optimism. Together, we will use your strengths, my expertise, and evidence-based techniques to help you achieve your treatment goals.
Let's begin your new journey together!
I'm a Certified EMDR therapist and PMH-C clinician providing specialized trauma therapy in Arizona, Colorado, and Washington for first responders and individuals navigating perinatal mental health challenges, PTSD, and chronic stress. Many of my clients appear fine on the outside — capable, put-together, managing it all — while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck underneath.
My practice focuses on treating PTSD, birth trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, religious trauma, and occupational stress using EMDR and evidence-based, trauma-informed care. I understand how trauma and nervous system dysregulation can leave you feeling constantly on edge, emotionally reactive, or disconnected from yourself — whether that shows up through the demands of first responder work, the transition into parenthood, or experiences further back.
Through EMDR, I help clients reduce triggers, process unresolved trauma, regulate their nervous system, and experience deep, lasting healing — so you can feel stable, confident, and like yourself again.

Welcome! I am glad you have taken the courageous step of seeking a therapist to walk with you through the journey of exploring where you are, where you've been, and where you want to be. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked both in community mental health and private practice. My main goal as a therapist is to support clients when they are feeling overwhelmed or stuck with life's circumstances. Most of my experience has been working with children from birth to age 15 and their families. I have also worked with adults who have experienced trauma and are suffering from anxiety and depression. I take a strengths based and collaborative approach on the therapeutic journey, working with the client to identify their goals and steps to reach them.
If you’ve tried therapy and still feel stuck, the approach may be the problem, not you. Many of my clients have already done “the work,” and talking through their struggles wasn’t enough. They needed a more targeted treatment from the start.
If you know your thoughts aren’t rational but can’t stop them, feel trapped by routines you can’t break, are avoiding more of your life to manage anxiety, or have withdrawn and lost motivation, that’s what I treat. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a form of exposure therapy, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral activation, and Habit Reversal Training. These are structured, evidence-based treatments, and every session is practical, so you leave with tools you can use right away.
I work with adults dealing with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in all its forms, including intrusive thoughts, contamination fears, harm and relationship OCD, “Pure O,” and taboo themes that feel shameful or out of character. There’s no thought too disturbing to bring to me. I also treat panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, health anxiety, depression, including depression that hasn’t responded to earlier treatment, skin picking (dermatillomania), hair pulling (trichotillomania), and hoarding disorder.
I’m warm and direct. I’ll be honest about what treatment involves, what progress realistically looks like, and whether I’m the right fit. If I’m not, I’ll point you to someone who is. ERP asks you to face things you’ve been avoiding, and I’ll guide you at a pace that works for you. The people who do best with me are done managing symptoms and ready to change them. If that’s where you are, reach out.
As a dedicated therapist, I am committed to empowering you on your journey toward a fulfilling and hopeful life. I specialize in a supportive yet direct approach, helping you uncover the roots of your challenges with expertise in areas like anxiety, depression, and trauma. Using an integrative methodology tailored to your unique needs, I draw from EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to equip you with the tools for personal growth, goal achievement, and discovering deeper purpose

My name is John Kowite, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. I have over six years of experience supporting clients with anxiety, ADHD, autism, addiction and dual diagnosis, with specialized training working with couples and neurodiverse clients. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space, incorporating mindfulness and creative expression in my work with clients, to help them name and acknowledge their feelings and experiences, heal and feel better.
Have you been feeling little or no enjoyment in the things that used to bring you joy? Do you feel stuck in negative thought patterns or easily irritated? My aim is to join with you in your therapeutic journey and merely facilitate the process of healing, as I believe each person has the potential and strength within them to overcome whatever adversity they have experienced. I look forward to knowing and understanding each person’s heart, as there is so much beauty, victory, and joy waiting to be unlocked within you all!
If you can read this, you made the first step. Congratulations. Seeking therapy is hard. Most people delay and tell themselves that whatever they are experiencing must be the way life is. Chances are if you have reached the point to begin exploring therapy, counseling can help make your life better. While therapy is often hard, it can be an enjoyable and uplifting experience as well. I believe that you cannot laugh without a combination of insight and relief. You can expect some humor in most sessions.
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years. In that time I have worked with men, women, teens, and families on a wide variety of issues. Sometimes that work simply involved helping them through a particular incident or life change that overwhelmed them. Other times our work together centered around longstanding issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
In addition to traditional cognitive behavioral therapy, I also offer a fourth-wave therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I have found this technique to be highly effective in helping people with trauma and or anxiety. Our minds and bodies are connected. Anyone who has experienced a tight neck and shoulders or an upset stomach when they were stressed knows this. EFT uses acupressure (done by the client) and cognitive interventions to provide fast and effective relief.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I am ready to help you through the challenges you are facing. In addition to counseling, I also provide vocational testing, coaching, and consulting.
I provide both Christian and secular counseling depending on the needs of my clients.
For clients with high level confidentiality concerns due to corporate or clearance issues, there are ways we can do EFT without you ever speaking out loud about events.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're carrying the weight of everything on your own, you're not alone. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, thoughtful space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and begin making changes that help you feel more confident in yourself and your relationships.
Together, we'll work to better understand the patterns behind what you're experiencing. We'll explore what fuels overthinking, people-pleasing, conflict, or emotional shutdown while building practical tools for boundaries, communication, and managing difficult emotions. My approach combines insight and self-understanding with practical strategies, so you leave therapy with both a deeper understanding of yourself and tools you can use in everyday life.

As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, caring, and non-judgmental space to work with clients. I am passionate about working alongside my clients to heal those wounds and setting them up to be able to reach the goals they've set for their futures.

It takes courage to realize help is needed. My job in the first session, is to be transparent and to establish trust.Thank you for choosing me as your therapist.Therapy is most effective when it is active, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change. In my work, clients are supported in exploring what is and isn’t working in their lives and relationships, while also developing practical strategies they can use day to day. Sessions are engaging and interactive, with thoughtful questions, feedback, and guidance designed to help move things forward in a clear and purposeful way.
With more than 25 years of experience, support is offered to individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, family conflict, grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions and , traumas. Couples and families are helped to recognize unhelpful patterns, improve communication, rebuild trust, and develop healthier ways of resolving conflict.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an important foundation, however, care is tailored to each person and situation rather than relying on a single approach. The focus is not only on understanding the roots of a concern, but also on identifying concrete steps that can lead to improvement in daily life and relationships.
Experience also includes work with individuals facing extraordinary stress, trauma, grief, and crisis, including those impacted by events such as September 11, care provided at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, frontline healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, and individuals affected by the war in Israel. These experiences have reinforced the importance of meeting people where they are, offering nonjudgmental support, and helping them find practical ways forward during some of life’s most challenging moments.
Rob Koehl invites adults to embark on journeys of healing and transformation. Through building awareness, focus, and emotional regulation skills, clients build confidence to start facing the stumbling blocks of their pasts. Hello, I'm Kristin, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. I provide telehealth therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and personal growth obstacles. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should be both empowering and practical, helping you develop the insight and skills needed to thrive in your daily life.
A lot of the people I work with are used to being the “strong one.” You’re the one who handles the logistics, pushes through the burnout, and shows up for everyone else. Underneath all of that, you might be navigating a major life transition, a betrayal, or a level of anxiety that no longer feels manageable.
I specialize in working with adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are tired of just "getting through" the day. I believe that true healing doesn't happen through clinical detachment; it happens through a real, human connection. I show up as a person in the room with you: someone who can sit with the heavy stuff, offer a sense of humor when things feel absurd, and build a rapport that allows you to feel truly seen and challenged.
Hi, I'm Sondra!
My mission is to help individuals and families improve their lives through effective mental health counseling. My goal is to empower my clients and offer them skills that will help them overcome the challenges they face, so they can live a full and happy life. I believe it's my job to be there to assist my clients as they overcome life's challenges
Much of the human experience is shaped by relationships and attachment. Our early attachment experiences influence how we connect, communicate, and relate to others throughout life. When these patterns no longer serve us, they can create distress and disconnection in our relationships. I work with people from all walks of life who want to better understand their attachment patterns, break unhelpful cycles, challenge limiting core beliefs, and improve communication. My goal is to support meaningful change that fosters healthier, more secure, and fulfilling relationships.
I am a holistic, person-centered marriage and family therapist with specialized training in attachment theory and relational healing. I support individuals, couples, and families who struggle to feel understood, express emotions, or have their needs met, helping foster safety, connection, and meaningful change.
My approach is rooted in the belief that connection is at the heart of healing. When individuals feel seen, heard, and valued, they are better able to access their strengths, build insight, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment and with genuine curiosity.
I work collaboratively with clients, recognizing them as the experts of their own lives. Together, we identify patterns, strengthen communication, and develop practical tools that support healthier relationships with others and with oneself.
I also believe in the resilience and capacity for growth within every person and family. Even in moments of disconnection, pain, or uncertainty, there is opportunity for repair, understanding, and transformation.
My role is not to direct, but to guide, to help clients reconnect with their values, deepen their relationships, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
Hello! I’m Susan, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) committed to helping individuals build healthier relationship with themselves and others. Life can be a difficult journey at times that can be hard to navigate alone. I am committed to helping others build skills to achieve the goals of becoming a stronger, more confident self, walking beside them every step of the way.
Greetings! I have been in the mental health field for about 20 years in various capacities and more recently dedicated as a therapist for almost the last 7 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has primarily served Arizona communities. My earlier training has prepared me for work with young children and families who have experienced trauma. I have also served adults, young to middle- age addressing college and career related challenges and also in supporting older adult needs such as navigating life transitions, parent-child relationships, estrangement and relationship conflict. I also focus on anxiety, depression, grief, chronic medical needs/illness, such as caregiver fatigue, dementia/Alzheimer's, terminal illness, and women's health (from pregnancy to women's medical needs in older adults).
DISCLAIMER: Please do not book me based off of ratings or reviews. Your experience with me will be personal and UNIQUE to YOUR needs, not someone else's needs or experience. Please book me if you perceive I am the right TOOL to use and help you reach your INDIVIDUAL goals. Book me if you are seeking an action-oriented therapist who provides HOMEWORK! Book me if you have insight about your situation, some history with therapy, are seeking solution-focused steps, and are not seeking someone to solely affirm you. I may or may not be the best therapist for newcomers (depends on you) as I ask a lot of questions, which can overwhelm you if you are not used to being questioned. Questioning is to understand you and get to the root of the problem, as well as the excuses used to perpetuate the problem. I am not interested in treating symptoms but rather getting to the core of the problem. If you don't want to do the work, I am just an expensive "Friend". So please be sure that you understand my style before booking me ;-). I am warm, DIRECT, solution-focused, AUTHENTIC, mildly confrontational, 100% Raw/Real and guaranteed to make you laugh as I have often heard from clients that I am funny :-) I won't lie to you or co-sign lies you tell yourself. I will gently reflect what you are not saying and what you are not showing so that you can explore for yourself. The only way out of pain is through. Not above, below, around but through.. The good news is you are not alone and don’t have to do it alone. Utilize the resources offered in this collaborative effort in creating the life (mind, body, & soul) you deserve.
Finding the right therapist can be a journey in itself and connecting with your therapist is imperative. My approach provides empathy, engaged listening and behavior change support as part of my therapy style. I am licensed in both Iowa (MHC License 123416) & Texas (LPC 62282) as a counselor. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strength-based. Everyone’s experience is unique, and the therapeutic experience should reflect this.
My expertise spans various areas, including life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, self-esteem struggles, stress and worry, caregiver stress, and those struggling with the impacts of medical diagnoses. By employing a client-centered approach, I work to foster a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I employ evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy to promote personal insight, resilience, and coping skills for positive change.

My journey into therapy began with a desire to help the hurting individuals I worked with in a group home, and a genuine passion for helping others find strength through life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people facing a wide range of challenges—experiences that have shown me just how powerful and transformative therapy can be. These moments have only deepened my commitment to walking alongside others on their path to healing. I’m continually inspired by the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth, resilience, and change. We can change and heal. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way. I treat adults age 18 and up.

My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.

I’m a therapist with a background rooted in supporting youth, adults, and families through life’s more complex and challenging moments. With over five years of experience as a social worker, I’ve had the privilege of supporting youth and adults through moments of growth, transition, and healing. Additionally, I worked in residential programs, juvenile justice settings, and shelters for unhoused youth, experiences that shaped my deep respect for people’s strength, stories, and capacity to heal.
My therapeutic style is compassionate and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported, whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, past trauma or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to walk alongside you with care and curiosity.
I am a licensed professional counselor with a master’s degree in counseling from Ottawa University. A better life is here for you. I'm Lorelei, a licensed therapist and EMDR specialist who helps individuals and couples get unstuck and build meaningful lives. Anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, self-doubt, relationship struggles — these don't have to define you. Neither does that quiet feeling of drifting through life without purpose or direction. Therapy with me is a safe space where your truth is heard. That alone can be healing. I listen deeply and give you practical tools that actually work. You'll leave sessions feeling grounded, clearer, and excited about what's ahead. You deserve the full life you were meant to live.
In couples work, I help you escape the roommates syndrome and actually enjoy each other again. There was a reason you chose each other — sometimes you just need help finding your way back. You may even have mixed feelings about whether you should stay. Let's explore that together. I also offer a pre-marital program for couples who want to start right.
Life can feel heavy, lonely, and confusing — even when it looks fine from the outside. If you're stuck, anxious, constantly stressed, or just going through the motions, I want you to know that's not the whole story of who you are. You don't have to figure this out alone, and you don't have to stay here. Therapy takes courage, but it works. Let's talk.
