Hey there, I am Courtney! Do you feel that you are all alone and no one will ever understand what you are going through? We all need extra support and to know that we are not alone. I hope to foster a therapeutic relationship where you feel nurtured, respected, and know that your thoughts and feelings matter. My approach to therapy is strengths-based. I treat the whole person and do not have a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe each individual is unique and can overcome any obstacle. I practice a non-judgmental and empathetic approach and will support you as you confront your issues and help you realize your unique strengths. Let’s take his journey together!

I utilize multiple treatment modalities that fit each individual person. Some of the modalities I use most often are Strengths based perspective, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy.
Some of the areas I specialize in are Anxiety, Depression, trauma, addiction, grief/loss, Bipolar Disorder, and couples therapy. That being said, I’ve been fortunate to work with a variety of individuals facing a variety of different struggles and feel that together, we can face any problem or struggle you are facing.
