Hi, I am a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, relationship challenges, and emotional intensity. I am trained in evidence-based approaches including CBT, EFT, and DBT-informed care, and I integrate Certified Trauma Stabilization (TIST) to support clients in building safety, regulation, and deeper self-understanding. My approach is collaborative, direct, and focused on helping you break unhelpful patterns, strengthen relationships, and feel more grounded and in control of your life.
Your first session is a space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported without pressure or judgment. We will explore what’s bringing you in, the patterns or challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what meaningful change would look like for you. I will ask thoughtful questions to get a deeper understanding of your experiences, while also helping you begin to make sense of what’s been happening beneath the surface. This is a collaborative process—you’re encouraged to ask questions and share what matters most to you. By the end of our session, you can expect greater clarity around your concerns and a clear, personalized direction for how we can move forward in a way that feels focused and effective.
What sets my approach apart is my balance of being both supportive and results-oriented. I use a client-centered approach, meaning therapy is guided by your goals, your pace, and what feels most meaningful to you. You’re not just being told what to do—we work collaboratively to understand your patterns and create change that feels authentic and sustainable. I integrate evidence-based methods like CBT, EFT, DBT-informed care, and trauma stabilization to help you not only gain insight, but also develop practical tools you can use in your daily life. Clients often share that they leave sessions with greater clarity, feel more in control of their emotions, and notice real improvements in how they navigate relationships and stress.
I work best with adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, or relationship conflict and are ready to better understand themselves and make meaningful changes. Many of my clients struggle with emotional intensity, communication challenges, or navigating life transitions. My ideal clients are open to self-reflection and want practical tools to improve how they manage emotions, build healthier relationships, and feel more grounded and in control of their lives. I also support individuals working through attachment patterns, past relationship wounds, or traits associated with borderline personality disorder.

I use Cognitative Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and build practical tools to respond in healthier, more balanced ways.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) I use EFT to help clients understand emotional patterns and strengthen connection in relationships. We work on improving communication, building trust, and creating a more secure emotional bond.
Attachment-Based Therapy I help clients explore how early relationships shape current patterns in connection, trust, and self-worth. This work supports building more secure, fulfilling relationships.
Trauma-Informed Therapy My approach is trauma-informed, meaning I focus on creating a safe, supportive space while helping clients understand and process past experiences at their own pace
DBT-Informed Therapy I use DBT skills to help clients manage intense emotions, reduce reactivity, and improve relationships. This includes building skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation.

I like she corrected me and did not coddle me through my negative behaviors because she actually has my best interest in mind. She is straight to the point and understanding on everyone's point of view.
