Each of us have unique issues and experiences. I utilize cognitive behavioral, supportive, problem solving strategies to help you address your concerns based on your own experiences, My work currently focuses on adults dealing with relationships, depression, anxiety, retirement and career changes. We often address the consequences of addiction such as relationship impact and becoming parents or family caretakers of grandchildren. I emphasize identifying and utilizing your strengths and then exploring ways to cope. My personal life experiences has provided me with empathy and strategizing solutions.
I have many years of experience working in a psychiatric hospital setting, addiction treatment programs, and my private practice. I have raised five children, and throughout this all, I’ve learned to practice peaceful techniques and enjoy the beautiful outdoors of the West.
