First session
Our first session included a Comprehensive Health History, completion of questionnaires geared towards mental health , summary and treatment recommendations. After each session you will leave feeling empowered and equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to support to achieve mental wellness.
Strengths
My approach to care is holistic and Integrative with use natural and conventional interventions, lifestyle modification, nutritional supplementation and conventional psychotropics medications when necessary to help bring about full wellness.
Ideal clients
I love working clients across the lifespan who may be dealing challenges that may arise with different life changes; starting new career, starting a new job, starting college, retirement, bereavement, parenting , marriage etc.
