Kristina Byrd is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies. Kristina then graduated from Indiana University with a Master in Social Work. Kristina is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Clinical Telehealth, and is a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. Kristina's purpose is to help you believe that you can achieve more than what you can see. Kristina services individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing increased stress, caregiver stress, anxiety, depression, and grief. Kristina believes that there is power in simply being heard.
