New clients continue care with this provider

Hi, I am Estee, Do you want to improve the way you feel? We can work to create that! In a safe, nurturing space we actively engage in a process of self discovery that facilitates growth. We undertake the task together by uncovering old patterns that do not serve us anymore and replacing them with new ones that are in alignment with our higher potential. This is done with a technique called Emotionally-Focused Therapy or EFT. EFT is an evidence based technique that has been proven time and time again to help individuals, couples and families.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a personalized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength is active listening. It is the strength of active listening and compassion that allows me to hear what the client may be struggling with. This is important in the EFT technique because it is the client who knows themself the best. When the client understands that they can share their struggles with a safe and compassion other, they can begin to feel relief and heal.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy hearing about people's lives. When clients, either individuals or couples, want to expand themselves by exploring the deeper stories inside, I get excited. Getting to know ourselves better is a gift. Knowing what our emotions and feelings are is so important in the relationship with ourselves. Once we know, we can learn how to express them to others in a safe and secure way.

My treatment methods

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I find Emotionally Focused Therapy to be a wonderful "road map" for helping client find what "gets in the way" to better communication with themselves and others. Once we explore and talk about these things, the client feels so much better and can let go of things from the past that do not serve them anymore. They report, "I feel better, lighter."
