My focus is helping adults cope with stress and life changes. I have over 25 years of experience working in the social work field. I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety symptoms and communication issues. I have been a social worker for over 25 years and have worked with children, adolescents and adults in that time. I use an eclectic approach that integrates Person-Centered Therapy and also Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My focus is on the person as a whole and to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment for them.
In our first session together, I will be gathering background information including medical and family history. We will work together on establishing goals and also addressing immediate concerns.

I enjoy working with adults who are struggling with symptoms of trauma, anxiety or going through major life transitions. I I enjoy working with clients that are motivated to make some changes and I will be right beside them for support. I will be here to support you through this process. An ideal client is someone who is willing to take a look at themselves and make changes.

Kristin is warm and personable. I feel myself when talking with her. Kristin is very smart and keeps my issues going towards a solution based conversation. She has helped me when numerous troubles.
