I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to help you grow, learn and become a healthier you! I find it an honor to be chosen along your journey. I have experience working with women and men and understanding the differences in how they process experiences and emotions. I work in the specialties of addiction and perinatal/postpartum mental health, as well as daily stressors, but not limited to; work-life balance, relationships, grief and anxiety to name a few.
I strive to provide rapport-building, be non-judgemental, and meet you where you are in your journey. As we work together, I will introduce resources, readings, and workbooks, to help support your journey outside of sessions. Teach skills and coping mechanisms in areas you would like to improve and at times push you to be a little uncomfortable as our time together grows.
I use a variety of therapeutic methods in my approach. Most commonly, I use cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approaches.
