Hi, my name is Jessidra Coleman and I love working with people who are looking for support, guidance and an empathic ear. I have spent many years coming alongside individuals to help them through difficult times. Individuals like yourself that have a desire to fully embrace life and find harmony. Working together in a compassionate and safe environment that will allow you to explore those things that are preventing you from moving forward and achieving your goals. Through talk therapy, we will walk through this journey together. Remember that it's ok to feel, and change can be hard, but you can do this! It takes courage to seek help and I will be here to help you whenever you are ready.
You have a full session to focus on you and what matters to you the most. Each session we will process letting go of various issues such as judgement, negativity, despair, trauma, insecurities and sadness. So that you can make room for the joy that life has to offer you. As you learn how to embrace confidence, communicate assertively, set healthy boundaries and change unhelpful thinking. Through evidenced based techniques, you will learn healthy coping skills, mindfulness practices and a better way of managing life's stressors such as work, school, relationships, family, and most importantly the relationship that you have with yourself.

Being a therapist is not my job, it is my calling, and I will always approach you with sincerity, patience and an honest dialog.
