Hello, I like to say that I take an integrative approach to therapy, combining behavioral and humanistic therapies. I have experience working with several causes of suffering, including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma (or a combination). And I work from my belief that every person is larger than their symptoms and I want to work with you to help you live the life you want to live.
We will explore what is bringing you to therapy and we will explore your current situation, your family history, and anything else relevant to what brings you to therapy.
I'm honored to have people say I am easy to talk too. I think it's really common to be intimidated by a provider, and I hope to make it a safe, comfortable space, where you can feel heard and accepted.
While I consider myself to be an integrative therapist, I primarily use a form of Humanistic, Existential and Narrative therapy. Together, we explore your history, your desires, and what you want the story of your life to be. I will assist you in finding ways to align yourself with the life you want to be living.
