(she/her)
I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with four years of experience helping individuals navigate challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I offer compassionate, evidence-based care through flexible telehealth appointments tailored to your schedule. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward better mental health.
Your first session is all about getting to know you in a calm, judgment-free space. We'll talk about what brought you in, your current symptoms, and any past experiences with mental health care. I’ll ask questions to better understand your medical history, lifestyle, and goals—so we can build a treatment plan that truly fits you. There’s no pressure to have all the answers or to share everything at once. This is a collaborative process, and I’m here to guide you at your pace. By the end of our session, you’ll have a clearer sense of next steps and feel supported in your journey forward. During our work together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing and clarify your goals—whether that’s where you’d like to be in a month, six months, or a year. From there, we’ll outline practical strategies and options to help you move forward. You’ll leave each session with a clearer understanding of your path and actionable steps you can take right away. I welcome your input throughout the process, and we’ll keep each other accountable as we build a plan that truly supports your growth.
What sets me apart is the intentional presence I bring to every session. I prioritize each client’s voice, listening deeply and asking thoughtful questions that uncover both challenges and strengths. My approach is individualized and nonjudgmental—rooted in respect, empathy, and a genuine belief in each person’s capacity for growth. I assess readiness for change and offer relevant, practical guidance tailored to where you are right now. I stay engaged beyond the session, following up to ensure progress and helping you stay accountable. Most importantly, I help you tap into your own strengths to move toward the life you envision—with clarity, confidence, and support every step of the way.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I’ve successfully applied CBT across a range of concerns—ADHD-related procrastination, anxiety and panic cycles, depressive thought patterns, and mood dysregulation. Collaborative Case Conceptualization: We map out your unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to pinpoint key patterns driving distress. Cognitive Restructuring I teach you to challenge and reframe negative beliefs using thought records and guided questioning. Behavioral Activation & Experiments: Together, we design activities and “tests” of your new beliefs to build confidence and momentum. Skills Practice & Homework You’ll receive personalized exercises—journaling prompts, mindfulness drills, or exposure tasks—to reinforce progress between sessions. Ongoing Assessment: We track your symptom change and adjust our plan, ensuring you’re always working at the right pace and depth. My goal is to equip you with practical, evidence-based tools that you can carry into daily life—so you leave each session more empowered, resilient, and in control.
