About me

I’m a board certified Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor dedicated to creating a safe and judgment-free space for you. For over two years, I’ve supported women and members of the Hispanic community, specializing in women’s health and culturally attuned care for the Hispanic population. I bring a gentle, compassionate presence to each session and truly take the time to listen, understand, and meet you where you are. My goal is to help you feel seen, respected, and encouraged as we work together toward healing, growth, and greater self-confidence.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and centered on your unique needs. I believe that healing happens best when we work together, so we co-create your treatment plan and adjust it as we go, guided by your goals and comfort. I’m always open to feedback, suggestions, and honest conversations about what’s working for you. Above all, I want our sessions to feel safe, welcoming, and empowering — a space where you feel truly involved, respected, and at ease in the process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are, honor your experiences, and help you reconnect with your own strength, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

If you are trying to understand yourself more deeply, navigate overwhelming emotions, and build a stronger sense of confidence and inner worth, I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your own thoughts or unsure of your next step, and I’m passionate about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel capable, deserving, and strong. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping you develop the tools you need to feel more confident in who you are, both today and as you continue to grow.
