Identify troubling situations or conditions in life. I help clients become aware of thoughts, emotions and beliefs about these problems. I aid client in Identifying negative or inaccurate thinking patterns to reshape negative or inaccurate thinking.
I use Motivational Interviewing in my practice to build client's self-confidence and trust in themselves. some clients are stuck between wanting to change and, at the same time, not wanting to change and need help focusing on their motivation to change and stay in treatment. I use open-ended questions and empathetic conversation to engage or re-engage clients in treatment.
In my practice, I integrate mindfulness techniques to help clients navigate emotions, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness. It’s a valuable tool for promoting resilience, self-empowerment, and overall well-being.
