New to Grow
I specialize in working with teen girls and women navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, and self-esteem struggles. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, build emotional confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting. My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented, while also practical and goal-focused. I integrate evidence-based approaches .Together, we work to reduce anxiety, process underlying emotional patterns, strengthen self-worth, and help you feel more secure in both yourself and your relationships. I also have an extensive background supporting children, adolescents, and families, which allows me to connect naturally with teens while also helping parents better understand and support their child’s emotional needs.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences at their own pace. During this session, I will gather information about your background, current concerns, strengths, and goals for therapy while answering any questions you may have about the counseling process. Together, you will begin identifying priorities and developing a plan that feels meaningful and tailored to your unique needs.
I bring warmth, compassion, and authenticity to each session, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and believe meaningful change begins with trust and connection. Drawing from my experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, I combine empathy with practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients gain insight, develop coping skills, navigate challenges, and move toward their goals with confidence.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted from overthinking, anxiety, and relationship stress. They may replay conversations in their head, struggle with self-doubt, feel deeply affected by relationships, or notice patterns like people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or fear of abandonment. Even when they are highly self-aware, they often feel stuck in cycles they can’t seem to break on their own. My clients desire to improve communication, establish healthier boundaries, strengthen relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
