I have extensive background experience across life span in both outpatient and correctional setting. I specialize in the treatment and medications management of depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorders, sleep disorder, attention deficit disorder.

You can expect that your concerns will be validated and supported without judgment. You will be provided with techniques on how to recognize and manage emotional triggers.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I generally establish the client's goal, discuss the usual thoughts pattern that contribute to them feeling anxious or depressed, provide guidance on keeping a CBT log and provide guidance on reframing their thoughts or their behaviors depends on the client's need.
