I am a double Board-certified nurse practitioner in Adult Gerontology and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-BC, PMHNP-BC) with 8 combined years of clinical experience. I have extensive background experience across life span in both outpatient and correctional setting. I specialize in the treatment and medications management of depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorders, sleep disorder, attention deficit disorder.

I approach each case with a nonjudgmental frame of mind to help minimize the uncertainty my clients may have in seeking assistance for their mental health. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I generally establish the client's goal, discuss the usual thoughts pattern that contribute to them feeling anxious or depressed, provide guidance on keeping a CBT log and provide guidance on reframing their thoughts or their behaviors depends on the client's need.
