I believe every client has what they need to heal inside them, and it's just my job to help you pull it out. Therapy is a partnership and I want to partner with you to teach you skills, reveal behavior patterns and support you in your therapeutic process. I have years of experience working with children and families in various settings, including parenting education, trauma-informed practices and traditional talk therapy interventions.

I have years of experience working with children and families in various settings, including parenting education, trauma-informed practices and traditional talk therapy interventions.

I look forward to working with children, families and adults ready to heal from grief, transitions, relationships, and those working to decrease symptoms of trauma, anger, anxiety and depression.

First session

I believe in a person-centered approach where you lead the therapeutic process. My role in your healing journey is to help you see patterns, learn coping skills, and encourage you to practice skills in and out of the therapy setting.

Strengths

Parent education is one of my strongest areas. I have experience working with children and adults with anxiety, behavioral concerns, persons wanting to learn to cope skills for difficult emotions, and life changes.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I enjoy helping clients make the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that increasing awareness of such patters can help to lasting change.
