LCSW, 15 years of experience
New to Grow
Are you seeking a therapist who truly listens and understands? For over 15 years I have provided care, focused on the personal needs and concerns of my clients. If you are managing sadness/depression, worries/anxiety, relationship issues, or struggling to adjust to new circumstances (i.e., retirement, new/worsening medical condition, grief/loss, separation/divorce, etc.), I would love to partner with you! I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral, Cognitive Restructuring, Acceptance/Commitment, and others to support YOU!
During our first session, I will get to know you, your past, your present and where you want to go for your future. We will discuss your current circumstances and goals for working with me through therapy. This first session gives me the opportunity to connect with you, answer any questions you may have, and set the path for how we will work together going forward. I utilize a patient-centered approach and as your circumstances and needs change, we will adjust our plan and path forward to meet where you are currently.
I bring a compassionate, strength-based and person-centered approach to therapy. I am energetic and passionate about the work I do and care about the clients I serve.
