My primary focus in working with clients is to ensure that they feel the agency to make changes in their daily lives, as I feel it is important that they feel empowered to do so.
My treatment methods include Client-Centered, CBT, motivational, and solution-focused Therapy. I ensure specialized treatments based on the individual and the issues they face. Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
