Life’s twists—whether it’s anxiety, a breakup, or a big transition—can feel overwhelming and isolating. As a bilingual Latina therapist, I’m here to help children, teens, and young adults navigate those challenges with a mix of humor, heart, and real talk. With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan and my Licensed Clinical Social Worker expertise, I’ve supported clients through depression, shame, anger, grief, and more. Together, we’ll tackle the crisis that brings you in, uncover the deeper layers, and chart a safe, non-threatening path to process tough emotions—finding strength and meaning along the way.
In our first session, you can expect to have the freedom to ask any questions to check if I am a good match for you. We will get to briefly know each other. There will be questions from me and we will get into discussion your struggles in order to create goals and a plan together. One that you feel comfortable with and is tailored specifically to your needs.
My greatest strengths lie in my deep empathy for diverse individuals and my rich understanding of Latin culture. Having grown up in a home marked by addiction, absence, and abuse, I bring a personal connection to those healing from trauma and childhood wounds. I offer a compassionate, relatable space to help you find peace and strength.
