(he/him)
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate based in New York. My aim as a psychotherapist is to walk with you on your journey towards greater self-awareness, improved outlook, and to help you develop the skills you need to better manage your own challenges to live a more fulfilling life with renewed empowerment.
In order to get an understanding of you needs, all first sessions consist of a biopsychosocial assessment. This included obtaining information of your background, family dynamics, past traumas, and the main reason why you are seeking therapy.
I am in tune with others' feelings and believe in the self-determination the those who I counsel. My insightfulness, compassion, and many years of clinical experience help me to help others envision and achieve their goals.
I like working with clients who want to feel more empowered in areas of their lives such as improved self-esteem; coping with anxiety and trauma, overcoming compulsive sex addictive behaviors, and improving their relationships.
