New to Grow
Whether you are a teen navigating the pressures of school or a parent managing the weight of your family’s needs, finding a moment of calm shouldn't feel like another chore on your list. I specialize in teaching practical, neurodiversity-affirming mindfulness techniques specifically designed to quiet the hum of anxiety, improve focus for ADHD brains, and lift the fog of depression. Drawing on 10 years of experience with school-based IEPs and 504 plans, I provide both the emotional support and the tactical advocacy tools your family needs to move from a state of constant survival to one of intentional, grounded connection.
Our initial session focuses on creating a comfortable, virtual space where we can begin building a genuine connection and discussing your primary goals for therapy. We will balance this rapport-building with a collaborative review of your history and current needs to ensure our future sessions are both person-centered and clinically focused.
I focus on supporting my clients with reflective listening, practical strategies to help you build the skills you need and guided mindfulness strategies.
