I will get to know you on the first visit and build a rapport. This is the initial visit which will take longer, listening to you will be my goal and also exploring the issues and coming up with some solutions

Treatment methods
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use ACT to teach the client to stop avoiding, fighting or dying diffuclt inner emotions but instead, through mindfulness and acceptance, help the client acknowledge them, reframe thier value and commit to positve behavior changes
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I will help the client through DBT skills on learning concrete behavioral skills to regulate intense, overwhelming emotions and improve relationships and inner conflicts.
Grief Therapy
by assisting the cleint/patient in their stage of grief to bring healing and acceptance
