First session
My counseling style is warm, authentic, and non-judgemental. I believe in treating everyone with respect. We can address current or unresolved issues from your past. I can also counsel from a Christian-based standpoint if preferred. My goal is to listen and empower you to walk in freedom from the obstacles keeping you from living your most fulfilled life.
Strengths
I am a former teacher, parenting coach, and missionary. I am also a "Parenting with Love and Logic" trainer. It takes courage to address issues and take the first steps toward change for a happier, more fulfilling life. I will support and empower you if you are ready to take that step.
