Sonny Etienne is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Addiction Professional (CAP), and a National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). He is a graduate of Florida Memorial University and Trinity International University, where he earned degrees in Philosophy and World Religion and Counseling Psychology. Mr. Etienne is the founder of Introspective Counseling Service and author of the book, Life S.U.C.K.S. Or Does It: Soul Searching from the Inside Out, which teaches how to develop an introspective perspective for dealing with life’s hardships. The suggestions in the book help readers learn how to reframe reality and accept life for what it is, or what it could be, to build resiliency and meaning.
