Sessions with me include; (1) exploring the historical roots of your struggles, (2) identifying their contribution toward your current functional impairment, and (3) implementing practical strategies toward future success. Using a combination of DBT, CBT, Existential Therapy, Systems Theory, and Relational Life Therapy, we'll align your values and purpose so that you feel fulfilled.
