I’m Stephen Greenberg, LPC, CRAADC, CSAT, a licensed therapist based in St. Louis, MO. There’s no shame in seeking someone too talk too. Your support network begins here. I combine evidence-based therapy with real-life strategies to help you break free from what is holding you back. Therapy and Recovery Services is a private practice serving clients across St. Louis and St. Louis County. I offer in-person and online counseling for adults navigating addiction, Pornography addiction and mental health issues. I also offer group therapy for pornography addiction. I became a therapist because I got tired of defeating myself—and I don’t believe I could’ve gotten to the other side without the support of others. I specialize in addiction and have training from ITAP to treat Sex and Porn addiction. Also I am a masters level addictions counselor. Others area I specialize in are ADHD, Anxiety, Gambling and Depression. Nobody should have to figure it all out alone. I work best with people who are ready to reflect on their past and present, even if they’re not totally sure what changes they want to make. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Lindenwood University and have over five years of experience helping adults navigate addiction and mental health challenges. I’m a Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a CSAT with specialized training in substance use and sex addiction. My approach is honest, practical, and deeply compassionate. I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and ready to create lasting change.
