I have been in practice for over 18 years and enjoy helping people with the everyday difficulties of living. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, everyday life challenges, and people experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviors. I provide individual psychotherapy to individuals with a variety of life challenges. Available online and accept many major insurance plans.
The first session will consist of learning about your background and history, including any issues you would like to address in therapy. Following the initial meeting, we will focus on treatment goals and work on finding methods to address those goals. Sessions are typically 50 minutes although we can schedule more time if needed.

I use the method of treatment that is right for the client and issues they are confronting. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving, Active listening, Motivational Interviewing and analytic techniques are methods I have used.
