Dr. Valdes specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression, child and adolescent, LGBTQ practice sensitivity, bipolar disorder, and sleep issues. Esteemed for his open, empathetic, and approachable demeanor, he provides a personalized touch and comprehensive approach to mental health, fostering a judgment-free environment where patients feel safe, seen, heard, and supported. As an assistant professor, Dr. Valdes shapes the next generation of healthcare providers while passionately advancing the field and staying at the forefront of the latest treatment innovations.
