You look like you’re holding it together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. I help individuals and couples manage anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and life transitions so they can feel calmer, more connected, more in control, and more like themselves. Over 130 clients have rated their experience working with me 4.9/5. My approach is supportive, practical, and focused on helping you create real change—not just talk about problems in a way that feels meaningful.
Our first session is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you want to feel different, and what’s been getting in the way. I’ll ask some questions to understand your history, but we’ll also start identifying small, realistic steps you can take right away. Most clients leave feeling heard, clearer, and a little more hopeful.
Clients often tell me they appreciate how quickly I understand what they’re going through and how practical our sessions feel. I don’t just listen—I help you make sense of patterns, reduce overwhelm, and develop tools you can actually use in your daily life. I balance empathy with directness so you feel supported while also making real progress.
I work best with adults who are used to being “high-functioning” but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched too thin behind the scenes. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship stress, or ongoing overthinking that makes it hard to relax or feel present. I also work with couples who feel disconnected, stuck in the same arguments, or unsure how to communicate effectively. My clients are typically motivated for change and want practical tools, not just a space to vent. I work with many clients using Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, and UnitedHealthcare.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify patterns that contribute to anxiety, stress, or relationship challenges and work to shift them in practical, manageable ways. I focus on helping clients build real-life tools they can use outside of sessions to feel more in control and less overwhelmed.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop a healthier relationship with their thoughts and emotions rather than feeling controlled by them. Instead of trying to eliminate difficult feelings, we focus on building awareness, increasing flexibility, and taking meaningful action aligned with your values. This approach is especially helpful for anxiety, stress, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
