Hello! I am a child psychologist based in California. I received my doctorate from Pepperdine University and have completed training at Children's Hospital Los Angeles and Primary Children's Hospital. I have 8 years of experience working specifically with children and their families in various treatment settings. I am dedicated to supporting the emotional and behavioral growth of children and adolescents through evidence-based, compassionate care.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll begin with a warm introduction to help your child feel comfortable, followed by a gentle exploration of the challenges bringing you in. I’ll also gather input from caregivers to begin shaping a personalized plan that supports your child’s growth both in and out of the therapy session.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with children, adolescents, and families for the past several years, I've developed a thoughtful, engaging approach that helps young clients feel seen, heard, and understood. My greatest strengths lie in building strong therapeutic relationships, translating evidence-based strategies into kid-friendly tools, and partnering with caregivers to create lasting, meaningful change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with children and adolescents who are bright, sensitive, and struggling to manage big emotions or challenging behaviors. My clients often feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck, and I help them build the tools they need to better understand themselves, navigate tough moments, and grow with confidence.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help children and adolescents identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, develop healthier coping strategies, and build emotional regulation skills. Through developmentally appropriate techniques like games, storytelling, and role-play, I make CBT engaging and accessible for young clients.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help children and adolescents build psychological flexibility by teaching them to accept difficult emotions, connect with their values, and take meaningful action. Through creative, age-appropriate activities, I guide them in noticing their thoughts without judgment and staying present in the moment.
