With over 20 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to working with adults, children, adolescents, and their families in community-based, inpatient, and school-based counseling programs.
First session
During our first session it is all about getting to know, see what bought you to therapy. Explain confidentiality and limitations and see what goal you want to work on as well as getting background information and developing a treatment plan. Then I will schedule your first initial session.
Strengths
I have 25 years of experience in this field working with children, adolescents, adults, and families to help them gain their optimum level of functioning. I am a good listener and communicator and I love to see my clients thrive.
Ideal clients
I really enjoy working with children and adolescents with neurodivergent disorders as well as children, adolescents, and adults with depression. Those clients who come to therapy and ready to do their work and create meaning fun goals and do the work to ensure they accomplish those goals. I want to make sure clients are really ready to work and know they have a safe space.
