Vivian Hodges (She/Her) is a licensed independent clinical social worker supervisor. She started her path to tranquility by receiving her undergraduate degree in psychology at The Ohio State University in 2016, while then pursuing her masters at Case Western Reserve University in social work with a focus on adult mental health in 2018. Over the years, she has experience providing psychotherapy and crisis interventions in foster care, school-based, hospital and private practice settings for both youth and adults. She primarily has experience with adults, college students, and youth experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, work stressors, and interpersonal/relationship issues. She strongly believes in building a therapeutic relationship through strength-based techniques to empower and create a safe place when exploring current life stressors. Therapy is a place for the brain and body to heal and restore just as you would go to the primary care doctor for a physical check up. Through trauma informed cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, she will guide her clients on a path of tranquility and healing. She will focus on a holistic approach by providing community based resources to ensure everyone’s basic needs are met during the therapeutic process. When she has free time, she enjoys playing with her two dogs, reading, knitting funky hats, traveling in the US or abroad, and exercising.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
