I’m a therapist who believes healing starts with honest reflection and a good dose of self-compassion. I use a trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral approach to help clients understand how their past shapes their present—and how to rewrite the script. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, real, and judgment-free. When I’m not doing therapy, you can find me eating too many tacos, painting urban landscapes, or chasing trains.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk through what brings you to therapy. I’ll walk you through the intake process, ask some questions to better understand your story, and we’ll start exploring your hopes and goals for our work together. It’s a space for honesty, curiosity, and setting the foundation for a meaningful connection.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As an artist, I know that healing—like painting—is a layered, messy process. It takes time, patience, and the courage to sit with what’s unfinished. That understanding shows up in the way I do therapy: I meet people where they are, without pressure to “fix” or rush the process. My greatest strengths lie in creating a space where clients feel safe to be fully themselves, explore hard truths, and gradually reshape the way they see their story—with compassion, honesty, and depth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with people who live in the margins—the ones who’ve felt overlooked, misunderstood, or weary of therapy altogether. My ideal clients aren’t looking for quick fixes; they’re looking for a space where they can be seen, heard, and accepted without pretense. If you’ve been carrying heavy stories and just need somewhere real to lay them down, I’m here for that.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I believe that life is about constantly shaping how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. In therapy, I use a cognitive behavioral approach to help people understand the roots of their thoughts and challenge negative belief systems, fostering a healthier and more compassionate inner dialogue.

Trauma Informed Care

I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens, recognizing the impact of past experiences on present behavior. I work to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered, not pathologized, and can begin to rebuild trust, regulate their nervous systems, and heal at their own pace.
