I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of California, Utah, and Maine. As your therapist I will support you in building the skills you need to navigate everyday life stressors. I have years of experience working in the areas of anxiety, trauma, suicidality, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorder, and relationship issues. I also have had the opportunity to work in diverse settings both inpatient and outpatient programs, long and short term, and with various populations of different cultural, ethnic, sexual orientations, gender identities, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I am a strong believer in providing a safe space for everyone. It can be difficult at times to find openness and support and I am happy to help with those challenges. It is important to develop a safe non-judgmental space to help build a better trusting relationship to help guide you and learn ways to live with more joy and fulfillment in your life. It is not easy to reach out and ask for help. It is incredibly difficult for so many people to seek the care they need. You are already taking one of the most important steps and allowing yourself to make your self-care a priority. This process can be both confusing and overwhelming, but I am looking forward to working collaboratively with you on this journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will start with brief introductions, space will be offered to share what is bringing you to therapy, and what goals you want to set for yourself. This will allow me to create a specific treatment plan for us to work through together in out follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have years of experience working with a variety of populations in diverse settings. I have the most experience in areas of depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidality, adjustment disorders, and life transitions.
