I am a body positive, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist whose work is work is anti-oppressive and trauma informed. I work to provide practical, tailored tools to support you to navigate emotions and real life circumstances in a supportive environment. I want my clients to feel seen, heard, and important. I utilize an eclectic, and person-centered approach and value collaboration greatly in therapy.
In the first session clients can expect to go over background information and speak about what is bringing them to therapy. We will learn more about them and what they are experiencing. I will provide information on any diagnosis they may be experiencing or questions they may have, information about paperwork completed, and provide information on what to expect moving forward in therapy sessions.
I feel my greatest strengths are my ability to connect with my clients, communication, and flexibility.
I specialize in working with clients in developing a sense of stability and confidence, self-esteem and personal growth, overcoming intimacy issues, and becoming their best version of themselves. My clients may struggle with relationship issues, work/life balance, depression and anxiety, trauma, stress, and postpartum.
I utilize an eclectic, humanistic approach with each of my clients and value collaboration in the therapy space.
