Taking the first step toward therapy can stir up a mix of emotions—hope, uncertainty, maybe even fear. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I approach therapy professionally, but I also bring my authentic self into the room—whether that’s sharing a laugh, expressing empathy, or responding naturally in the moment. I’m a Certified TF-CBT Therapist and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life’s big changes. I come alongside you to understand your experiences, leverage strengths, and help you build practical tools for lasting growth. When it’s meaningful to you, we can also explore how your faith and personal values fit into your healing. Together, we’ll work to replace unhelpful coping patterns with strategies that bring balance, purpose, and hope. I provide guidance while honoring that you are the expert of your own life, empowering you to make choices that align with your values and goals.
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, gather background information, and complete a comprehensive assessment to see how I can best support you. Choosing a therapist is an important decision that takes time, energy, and resources, so it’s essential that you feel comfortable and confident. Together, we’ll explore your goals and begin a collaborative, supportive therapeutic journey.
I am a National Certified Therapist in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I am committed to lifelong learning and regularly complete advanced training in these areas as well as other areas of mental health. I am passionate about integrating a holistic approach that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and continue learning how to thoughtfully incorporate a client’s spirituality and faith into treatment when it is meaningful to them. I openly recognize my own areas for growth and use the same evidence-based strategies I share with clients, which keeps me grounded and deepens my respect, empathy, and understanding for those I work with.
I love working with clients of all ages who are open and motivated for personal growth. I also enjoy working with clients who want to integrate their spirituality and faith in their clinical care.

My first session with Rebecca was great. I have never done talk therapy before but I felt very comfortable communicating my mental health experiences with her. She gave feedback as we spoke, provided helpful solutions, and made sure to give me an idea of what we will be working towards together.
