Hello, I’m Stephanie! Are you struggling to cope with life on life’s terms? As an experienced counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome their obstacles and achieve their goals. With a Master's degree in Counseling and over 19 years of experience in the field, I have a deep understanding of the challenges people face in their daily lives. My counseling approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling life, but sometimes we need support and guidance to overcome the obstacles that are holding us back. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, career transitions, and more. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. If you are looking for a counselor who is committed to helping you achieve your goals and live your best life, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. Together, we can work towards a brighter future.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together will be an intake. We’ll begin to get to know one another and I will collect information from you about what challenges you’re facing and what you’d like to accomplish in therapy. I'll also solicit your preferences for how often we meet and any scheduling needs. I’ll use this information to develop a personalized plan to guide our follow up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Some of the methods and tools that I may use include: 1. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) 2. Mindfulness based therapy 3. Solution-focused therapy 4. Emotion-focused therapy 5. Art therapy In addition to these methods, I may also use various tools and techniques such as journaling, breathing exercises, and role-playing to help clients reach their goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Some of my biggest strengths include: 1. Non-judgmental: I provide a non-judgmental space for clients to share their experiences and feelings. 2. Personalization: I can adapt to each client's specific needs and preferences. For example, I can use different therapeutic approaches or communication styles depending on the client's personality or cultural background. 3. Privacy: I pride myself on to maintaining client privacy and confidentiality, which can be especially important for clients who may feel hesitant to seek counseling due to fears of stigma and judgment. My niche is providing online counseling services to individuals who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person counseling services or who prefer the convenience and anonymity of online counseling.
