Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Georgia. I received my Masters in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and have been in clinical practice for almost 10 years. I help adolescents and adults struggling to cope with childhood and adulthood trauma(s) find health and healing to become the best versions of themselves, living in their divine calling and purpose.
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, establishing rapport, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Throughout the therapeutic process, we will intentionally check-in to discuss your progress and collectively determine if other goals and/or methods should be incorporated.
Having worked with trauma survivors for almost 10 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I enjoy working with women, adolescent girls, and families who have experienced trauma or other forms of significant distress. My clients are eager to heal and improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make these goals a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about life, individually and collectively.
My clinical experience includes years of practice in trauma treatment, specifically childhood and adulthood sexual, physical, and emotional abuse utilizing various treatment modalities.
No matter how similar some of our stories and experiences may seem, our life journeys are individualistic; each of us needing different levels of care. Therapy isn't monolithic. For this reason, I practice from an eclectic treatment approach. I employ various treatment methods in order to provide holistic care and treatment specific to your experiences, needs and treatment goals.

Georcol has been wonderful through my first handful of sessions. I highly recommend her if you are dealing with complex childhood traumas. Her ability to listen and understand is unmatched.
