My therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and informed by humanistic and behavioral theories. I am trained in ACT, trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and utilize these approaches as appropriate with client presenting problems.
