New to Grow
Hello, I am a therapist that provides treatment in a few different areas. I treat relationship/ family conflict, anger issues, major life transitions such as going choosing a career or attending college, and trauma processing. I primarily work with adults but I am open to working with teenaged clients as well. If you are experiencing difficulty in any of the areas listed, please reach out to me!
The first session entails an assessment called a biopsychosocial assessment, followed by a discussion of what treatment might look like for each of my clients.
I have quite a few years of experience as a therapist. I have primarily centered my practice around conflict resolution, relationship and family conflict, anger management, career and educational transitions, and trauma processing. I have developed an approach that is flexible and organic, and focused on the client's primary concerns for each session.
I often work with clients that are experiencing conflict with friends, co-workers, or family. I utilize healthy relationship and conflict resolution strategies. I also treat clients that are experiencing issues with anger or aggression. I also love to work with clients that are experiencing major life transitions such as attending college or preparing for a career. Finally, I address trauma processing with clients that have a traumatic past that may be interfering with their current mental health.
